Nnenna Freelon & The Branford Marsalis Quartet will make up a benefit concert at Freedom Park. Money collected will help to build a playground at Park Road Park in memory of victims of the Newtown, CT tragedy. You can bring your own chairs, blankets and picnic basket. But you’ll need to leave behind your pets and outside alcohol. Tickets are $5 and $20 for a family of 4 or more (considerate gesture for bigger families!).
