One of Charlotte’s most valuable claims to fame is being home to nearby NASCAR and now housing the NASCAR Hall of Fame. The annual Food Lion Speed Street presented by Coca-Cola event is centered around the 600 Festival (big car race). Live music, driver appearances and additional entertainment will take place around the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Uptown. To satisfy all audiences, R&B is scheduled for Thursday, Country is scheduled for Friday and Rock is scheduled for Saturday night.
