Ever experience a chocolate and wine pairing? Nope? Me either. This one involves the creation of hand crafted chocolates by Dessert Specialists in a variety of flavors like raspberry, blackberry, orange, lemon, strawberry and more. The chef will pair each chocolate with a complimentary wine. In addition to the pairing, attendees will experience the sound of jazz by the Michael Porter Trio Band, dancing and heavy appetizers. Raffle prizes are also on deck and include tickets to the Comedy Zone, a room at the Hilton and more. The event is hosted by Collaborative Ventures from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. at the Hilton Charlotte Executive Park, 5624 West Park Drive. Tickets are $50 each and available here.
