FELA! runs at the Belk Theater from February 25-26. The show is produced by Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter and Will & Jada Pinkett-Smith.
Club Blume is hosting an informational session for the Broadway show FELA! on Tuesday, January 15. You’ll take a look behind the scenes of FELA!, which captures the sounds of Fela Kuti, who created Afrobeat. The music genre combines jazz, funk and African rhythm and harmonies. Perk: Those who attend the Informance will receive a voucher to attend Club Blume Night at FELA! on Tuesday, February 26.
