Meet Beverly McIver

Attend this event to meet Beverly McIver, an artist and Professor of Art at North Carolina Central University. Her pieces allow audiences to peer into her life and explore the issue of identify. The exhibit on display, Reflections: Portraits of Beverly McIver can be seen from now until January 6, 2013 at Mint Museum Uptown.

The event is hosted by the Romare Bearden Society and Artcentrics, which are committees who volunteer to help promote and acquire African American art for the Mint Museum. 7-8 p.m. More.
