This event is a showcase of talent by local youth in the areas of music, dance and visual arts. You contribute $10 + a toy/book that the Mint Museum will distribute to children with special needs at Metro School and Ranson Middle School. How cool is that? You can check out great artists, mingle at the Mint and give back to local children. Also in attendance is a cultural Santa and Valaida Fullwood, the author of Giving Back: A Tribute to Generations of African American Philanthropists. Again, the cost is $10 plus a toy or book donation and children 4 and under are free. RSVPs are requested. Please do so to communityrelationsrsvp@mintmuseum.org. More.
