Blumenthal Performing Arts will host a talk session, The Buzz This Season, with a panel of local artists to discuss the arts scene in Charlotte. What’s coming up. What people would like to see. You can give your input and ask questions. It sounds like a great opportunity to join and define the art space in Charlotte. Panelists include Courtney Devores (pop music/culture), Michael J. Solender (theater, blog culture), Perry Tannenbaum (dance, classical music, theater), Mike Collins (big picture, theater) and Lawrence Toppman (film, theater, opera). The host is Tony Brown a former theatre critic for the Charlotte Observer. Attendance is FREE! Details.
