The India Association of Charlotte has organized the 18th annual Festival of India to share Indian culture with the community. I’ve always wanted to travel to India and have eaten enough Tikki Masala in town to rightfully sit on a review panel. The festival will feature Indian food, art, classical and modern dancing, popular music, films and exhibits. On display you’ll also find costumes, jewelry and literary works.
Admission is free for children 10 and under and $5 for older children and adults. Details.
