The Jazz Arts Initiative in association with Jazz Diva and Performing Arts Coalition presents the Swing Jazz Series. Featured performers include Terence Blanchard, Nnenna Freelon, Tia Fuller and Jon Faddis. The upcoming show is Jon Faddis and the John Brown Big Band at McGlohon Theater at Spirit Square at 8 p.m. Faddis is an American jazz trumpet player, conductor, composer and educator who teaches music as well as he plays. for both his playing and for his expertise in the field of music education. Tickets are $29.50 – $39.50.
