Music and Museum

First Tuesdays

The Bechtler has taken over a few programs of the Charlotte Chamber Music, which is no longer in operation. This program, Music and Museum takes place every first Tuesday in the fourth floor gallery at Betchler Museum at Noon and 5:30 p.m. If you work Uptown, the shorter and less expensive performance at Noon could serve as a refreshing break yet delightful stimulation to keep your mind going for the second half of the day. Tickets are free for members and $5 for non-members who check out the 40-minute show at Noon. Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for non-members who attend the 5:30 p.m. performance. The later show includes a post-concert reception.

The Music and Museum program also includes Living Room Concerts, which are $60. These shows take place at 4:00 p.m. and include a pre-concert cocktail reception and post-concert hors d’oeuvres and desserts. All tickets can be purchased online, over the phone at 704.353.9200, at the visitor’s service desk or at the door on the day of the performance.
